Return Policy:

 

We want you to love your Sand & Sky Studio purchase! Please read descriptions, look at photos, ask questions, and buy with confidence! I take great care to make sure that every item is created with meticulous attention to detail and packaged so that it arrives safely from my home to yours. Due to the handmade nature of our items and small batch production process, all sales are FINAL. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order if you have any issues. Please read descriptions carefully and contact me if you have questions prior to making your purchase.

 

Once you have completed your order, it is considered FINAL and cannot be cancelled or returned. Please be sure to read the listing in full, look at all product photos, shop policies, and current production time before placing your order. We do not issue refunds for failure to do so. Your order will be completed based on our current production schedule unless other arrangements have been made prior to placing your order.

 

Shipping times are ESTIMATES and refunds will not be issued for delays in transit.

 

Shipping:

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (3-5 days) or USPS Priority Shipping, (2-3 days). These are estimates and not guaranteed. Priority Express is available upon request. Please contact us for a quote.  

Free first-class shipping is available to all US addresses on orders of $50 or more before tax. This discount will be automatically applied.

 

We ship packages to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in the address after your purchase is completed.  Incorrect addresses and failed/returned deliveries are not the responsibility of the seller.  Should an item be returned, you will need to pay shipping fees again.

 

Please keep in mind that we are no longer responsible for an item once it is in the hands of USPS and refunds, or replacements will not be issued for lost items. Shipping insurance is available for an additional charge. All items are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.
